Keven Spillane, CPM and Urban Edge Asset Manager, has been with us since 1989. He served as Interim Director of Urban Edge Property Management from 2005 to 2007. His 35-year career began at Peabody Properties in Braintree and continued with senior positions in property management at The Community Builders, Inc. in Boston, Simpson Management in Worcester and Mercy Services Corporation in Denver. Keven’s 13-year-old property management consulting firm is based in Methuen. Previously, he held various social work positions. Keven has a BS in Sociology and a Social Work Certificate from Suffolk University and earned his Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation at the Institute of Real Estate Management.
