About:
Tom Beard, Associate Director of Real Estate, came to Urban Edge in 2022 from The Property and Casualty Initiative in Boston, where he was Vice President for Affordable Housing Finance. Tom has been in the affordable housing, community and economic development field for 25 years. Tom earned a Master’s Degree at Northeastern University and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Indiana University.
