This is Part 2 of a virtual Zoom class. This training provides first-time homebuyers with a thorough understanding of the home purchasing process, including an introduction to the mortgage process, understanding credit standards, conventional lending criteria and preparing for the loan closing. The interactive workshops involve detailed presentations from industry professionals including a home inspector, real estate broker, lending officer, real estate lawyer, home insurance agent, and fair housing specialist. If homebuyers attend 8 hours of class time, they earn a certificate that gives access to specialized mortgage products and other benefits and discounts, including additional training.
